This pre season here are the three things you need to do

  1. Watch players in your position and learn from them! With plenty of matches on TV with the Euros and Copa America on, this is a great opportunity to help your game intelligence by watching and understanding their actions.
  2. Lots of 1-2-1 training, work on the technical side of your game and ensure lots of repetition!
  3. Work on your physical aspects! The older players utilise this break from competitive fixtures to gain strength/ speed in the gym, younger players can develop their core skills through plyometrics.
  4. We look forward to seeing you at our trial events!
