Refund and Refusal Policy

All payments made on our website are final and non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any payment at our discretion.

Copyright

All content on www.potentialprotrials.com website, including but not limited to logos, images, text, and other materials are the intellectual property of Potential Pro Trials and are protected by copyright laws. Users are not permitted to copy, modify or distribute any content without our prior written consent. You should understand and agree that despite your or our best efforts, your attendance on a Trial in no way guarantees or ensures that you will be scouted by a professional football club.

Spectators

Spectators (Parents/ Family/ Friends) are welcome to accompany you to the Trial. However, all Spectators must:

• Act appropriately and show respect to coaches, staff, fellow spectators and other participants.
• Follow all reasonable directions laid out by staff regarding viewing and spectating.

Participants

Throughout the trial, participants will be expected to behave appropriately. This includes:

• Not behaving disruptively, dangerously or disrespectfully towards coaches, staff or other attendees.

If inappropriate behaviour is identified, the participant may be asked to leave the trial. There will be no refund if this is the case and the attendee may be refused future participation in Potential Pro Trials.

Medical Conditions

It is your responsibility as the parent/guardian of any attendee under the age of 18 to identify any medical conditions or concerns. Any participants 18 or over will also be required to notify us of any medical conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure that the participant is physically fit and in good condition to take part in the trial. In the event that first aid is required you give us consent to act appropriately and administer treatment from our qualified First aiders.

Photograph and video consent

We may take photos, videos and recordings of the trial for our social media and website. By participating in the trial you give consent for yourself/child to be used for potential promotion of the business, likeness and your name where appropriate for our reasonable commercial purposes without imposing any restriction, or seeking any compensation or remuneration.

Cancellations

In the unlikely event that your Trial is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions we will inform you by telephone or email as soon as possible and will offer you an alternative date and/or location.

Changes to terms and conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms regularly to ensure they are aware of any changes.

Scouts

We cannot guarantee all scouts will attend but we always guarantee a minimum of 2 per event.
